Marlene Dau
President
As President and founder of Tailor Made Property Services, Inc., AMO, Marlene brings over thirty years of property management experience to the table. She has experience in managing diverse portfolios. Marlene is highly motivated; her unrelenting drive is a key factor in her ability to bring a high quality of services to an elite group of clients. Marlene is a nationally recognized instructor for the Institute of Real Estate Management as well as the National Association of Housing Cooperatives. She is a two time chapter past president for IREM. Currently Marlene serves on the board for MAHC and formerly served on the NAHC board. She is a licensed continuing education trainer in the state of Illinoi. Marlene has also held multiple committee positions on a National level for the Institute of Real Estate Management. Marlene holds Broker licenses in the states of Michigan, Illinois and Indiana.
