Angela Pearman

Special Projects Director

As Special Projects Director, Angela is instrumental in the development of custom advertising and awareness campaigns, coordinates the development and implementation of online training courses for staff members, and develops individually contoured documents for inspections, trainings, record keeping and audits.

Angela is also the Property Manager at Winfield Village, a 348 unit Cooperative in Savoy Illinois, and has been with the property for 14 years. In addition to being a Certified Property Manager (CPM), Angela is an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), Certified Cooperative Manager (CCM), Registered Cooperative Manager (RCM), and holds a Real Estate Brokers license in Illinois. Angela has been involved with MAHC for several years and has taught at the last three conferences
